Online payment

Bank/Swift Transfer
This is the classic method to suit everyone. Typically it takes 3 business days to transfer money from the customers' banking account to Universal Traders banking account. As soon as the money-transferring transaction is approved and completed, we will ship the product within 24 hours. However, according to an international rule, customers need to take responsibility for transfer fee, which is normally $12.

Returns
To ensure customer satisfaction, Universal Traders offers a fair return policy. If for any reason you need to return an item, you may return it within 10 days for a full refund. Shipping and insurance charges cannot be refunded. To receive your refund, you must contact Universal Traders customer service at arcbiz@yahoo.com to receive a return authorization code. Carefully repack the item using the same packing material to secure it and remember to include the invoice so that proper credit can be made. Do not mark on the outside of the package any such words as gemstone, jewelry, or other words that would entice theft. A Return Receipt Requested confirmation is recommended to protect the customer from being responsible for damages of lost items in the mail. Send the parcel to:

(Note: All returned items are inspected to ensure that they are received in satisfacetory condition. Only then will we process the return and issue a refund.)
Please remember:
• Items must be as you received them, undamaged, unaltered and unused.
• Include all appraisals, invoices and other paperwork that came with the item.

• Clearly print the return authorization code on the outside of the package.
• Shipping, handling and other fees for services performed are non-refundable after the service has been completed.
• Ship returned items with delivery confirmation and insurance for your own protection.

Orders are shipped via www.tnt.com OR www.ups.com. Please be sure to provide a physical (street) address, not a PO box. Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight and the type of service you request.
